I’m a Gestalt counsellor offering a safe and supportive space for you to explore life’s challenges at your own pace. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and empowering.  Helping you to prioritise self-care, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with yourself.

I have a particular passion for working with young people, as I know first-hand how valuable support can be during that stage of life. I also work with adults of all ages, creating a space where your experiences and narrative are respected and your voice is heard.

Counselling is a shared journey, and I see it as an opportunity for us both to grow through understanding and connection. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am committed to working with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.
