Citrus Counselling believes in a client-centered approach to therapy, where the focus is on the unique needs and goals of each individual. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
At Citrus Counselling, we are committed to creating a positive and welcoming environment where clients can feel at ease and empowered to embark on their journey towards personal growth and healing. Each of the counsellors who use our space are dedicated to promoting a healthy mindset and offering support tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

We offer a wide range of counselling services to address various mental health concerns.
This can include depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, OCD, career challenges, academic stress, health concerns, pain and stress management, ADHD, trauma, spirituality, gender identity support, LGBTQ+, grief, loss, and other related issues depending to the counsellors competency.
Our goal is to ensure ease of access and comprehensive support for every individual seeking help.


Our Team.
All counsellors within our team adhere to a professional body, majority are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to the Ethical framework. In addition to having a Diploma of Higher Education of Counselling, in their chosen modality.
Each have agreed to ensure confidentiality of client information in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and to attend a minimum of 1.5 hours of supervision per month.
The minimum for a one-to-one counselling session costs £50 per hour. You can either pay as you attend, or be invoice you at the end of the month. However this may vary depending on the counsellor. It is important to find the counsellor that is most suited to you. Please feel free to contact us directly with what help you are seeking and we can direct you to those most suited to your needs.
Our face to face sessions are held at our Eastleigh branch.
