Citrus Counselling believes in a client-centered approach to therapy, where the focus is on the unique needs and goals of each individual. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
At Citrus Counselling, we are committed to creating a positive and welcoming environment where clients can feel at ease and empowered to embark on their journey towards personal growth and healing. Each of the counsellors who use our space are dedicated to promoting a healthy mindset and offering support tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
We offer a wide range of counselling services to address various mental health concerns.
This can include depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, OCD traits, career challenges, academic stress, health concerns, pain and stress management, ADHD traits, trauma, spirituality, gender identity support, LGBTQ+, grief, loss, and other concerns depending on the counsellors competency.
Our goal is to ensure ease of access and comprehensive support for every individual seeking help.
Our Team.
All counsellors within our team adhere to a professional body, majority are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to the Ethical framework. In addition to having a Diploma of Higher Education of Counselling, in their chosen modality.
Each have agreed to ensure confidentiality of client information in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and to attend a minimum of 1.5 hours of supervision per month.
The minimum for a one-to-one counselling session costs £50 per hour. Depending on the counsellor, you can either pay before you attend each session, or be invoiced to be paid by the end of the month.
